Founded by clinicians who kept seeing the same gap

Our founders spent years inside county systems and hospital units watching the same pattern: a young person stabilises, discharges, and then waits eleven weeks for an outpatient appointment. By the time the appointment arrives, the crisis has repeated.

Sincere was opened to close that gap. We hold licences for both residential and outpatient care so a person can step down inside the same agency, with the same clinical team, on the same treatment plan. No new intake packet. No starting over.

Today we operate two licensed residential programs and a community-based outpatient practice, and we accept referrals from county children’s services, juvenile courts, hospitals, schools, primary care physicians and families directly.

Five commitments we hold ourselves to

Dignity first

People are addressed by name, involved in their own treatment planning and told the truth about their care. Restrictive interventions are a last resort, reviewed every time they occur.

Evidence over instinct

Our clinical models are trauma-informed and evidence-based, and every clinician receives ongoing training and documented supervision — not a binder on a shelf.

Families stay in it

Guardians and chosen family are part of treatment from intake to aftercare. We schedule around working parents and provide interpretation on request.

Documentation on time

Referral partners get progress reports, court letters and discharge summaries when they were promised. Reliable paperwork is part of good care.

Least restrictive setting

Residential care is a stage, not a destination. Every plan names the setting we are working toward and what needs to be true to get there.

Culturally responsive

Our staff reflects the communities we serve. Care plans account for language, faith, identity and cultural context because those things affect whether treatment works.
